With three centrally located residential homes, we will ensure you stay connected to the vibrant pulse of Mount Gambier city while receiving the high-quality care you deserve.
Our three homes are situated near the heart of town, making it easy for family and friends to visit and for residents to stay engaged with the local community.
Each of our homes host communal dining rooms and sitting rooms where residents can choose to participate in various activities, watch television or socialise with other residents. There is also smaller living areas should you prefer more private time, including visits with family and friends. All sites have a hair salon, shop and activity areas. Boandik Kessal is within a short distance to Boandik’s Community Wellbeing Centre – equipped with a hydrotherapy pool and a gym.
All homes have beautifully maintained gardens that boast an abundance of floral blooms all year round. Some homes even have raised vegetable gardens to ensure that residents with an interest in gardening are supported to continue their passion. The produce from these gardens is used by the homes in the meals prepared for residents.
Each Boandik home has its own kitchen where fresh meals are prepared on-site by trained Chefs and Sous Chefs. Local produce and suppliers are used wherever possible, and dietitian-approved menus change biannually with the seasons. Residents are supported to be integrally involved in menu development.
